1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Timeframe: Returns must be made within 07 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided when returning the item.
Non-returnable items: Certain products, such as custom parts or items marked as non-returnable, are not eligible for return. These items will be clearly noted on the product page.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at info@soundkade.lk or call 0777788879 with your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.
Pack and Ship: Carefully package the item in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, or other items that came with it. Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved:
